[TheList] The Radiocommunications Act

Easy,  because people know their communications aren't secure - so they're looking towards digital and sometimes even encryption :)

Hell, one of our customers have a tier3 trunking system onsite and have put a different encryption key on each talkgroup - of which there are 16.    It simply isn't worth the time to even bother trying to break the key.  AOS gets rekeyed every month.
