Note that it'll be a few more years before it's out there. Also note that
Incident Ground Comms (IGC) is not the same as the LMR stuff used to liaise
with the appliances - at this point.

IGC is generally simplex and analogue for the time being. The common
frequencies have been shared already.

LMR is generally ES Band except in Auckland, where it's moved to UHF
already, and all remains Analogue for the time being.  The NGCC will change
that.
