[TheList] Watercare Monitoring Stations

I apologise if this thread was sorted..    I have a Water Care pumping
station up the road and thought I would monitor for this exercise.

I found it on F Band Low as posted below..   Gets interesting here as it
appears the stations around me take it in turn to send their data so the
signal strength went from
in the noise floor to my pump up the road  that was almost full
quietening!   Bursts were very short and could be several minutes before
the group took off again...
I did monitor early this morning which may have been before the "morning
rush"  LOL.   Out of curiosity can this data be decoded to an ASCII level
or similar? Then again tracking my morning ablutions to
their final resting point....is that really needed?  Having a issue needing
urgent attention could be fun I guess??
