What are the differences/areas between the three frequencies?

The 3 frequencies are working as I run a program PDW and I am getting pager messages across the country

Since when? Not even that high in EIRP considering antenna gain. The
original transmitters were NEC 100 Watt output. Later were 250W through
big isolators sharing antenna, as they were 25 kHz off each other they
lost around 3dB of power in the process (Aka output to aerial in the
100-125W region) Pretty sure the colinear aerials they used didn't have
10+ dBi gain. Just cause the licence says it's EIRP, doesn't mean it is it.

Would be very interested if things have changed dramatically since I had
my hands on that network.

Pretty sure Spark shut it down & only 1 is running now, but owned by
Fire & Emergency.

Yep.

Re the TX power, I can only go off what I have been told so I apologize
if I got it wrong, however the signal strengths on my various receivers
seem to confirm they are running quite high power.
