[TheList] Canterbury Paging

I had the impression Fire purchased the entire network as a going concern
and contracted Spark to run it.

I hadn't heard that they'd rescinded any of the channels involved.

My very limited exposure to Paging suggests that not a lot has changed over
the last few years, except perhaps a reduction in the number of
non-emergency-services using paging (as the base costs exploded when Fire
took the network over... this was the catalyst that would've pushed many
people to switch less time-critical stuff to SMS or Push Alerts.
