[TheList] Civil Defence in Auckland

The Radiowiki list is now correct.

The ESB41 repeater was recently moved from Waitakere to Birkenhead Library.

Thanks, but I am looking for information regarding Auckland's Civil Defence.

I included the information from the MED database to indicate, that the
information on the Auckland part of radiowiki.org.nz seemed to be incorrect.

(Or at least the MED database is incorrect)
