Hi Chris two of the radio fqcy's you for Akl are actually 
part of the Chch
radio network they Mt Cavendish and Mt Pleasant
I am comms officer for civil defence here in Chch

Just a bit curious, given the storm coming this way, I thought it would 
be time to update scanner information with regards to Civil Defence.

The page at : 
http://www.radiowiki.org.nz/index.php/Scanning_Civil_Defence_in_Auckland 
seems to contradict what the MED / RSM database says.

EG:

141.5125     Waitakere Repeater           ESB41 218.1 Hz

But the data in the MED / RSM Database, I see the following:
