[TheList] Volunteer sirens

Oxford, IIRC, had a bunch of Karens mute the siren at night.

West Melton and Kirwee still run theirs.

If I hear the siren go off, the first thing I do (no matter what time of the day/night) is survey the area from height to check for nearby grass fires.

This year, not so much of a problem.
