Hi team,

I'm certainly not here to nitpick, but I noticed the additions of Kmart 
and TWL frequencies to the Wellington region.

I'm specifically interested in the Kmart 1&2, 3&4 frequencies.  These 
are both repeaters registered to Coles Group NZ Holdings (who seem to be 
the parent company to Kmart)  CN28 and CN168 (Kmart 1/2 and 2/3 
respectively) are repeater input and output frequencies.... in 
Auckland.  Is anyone able to confirm that's correct? I'm suspecting it's 
not, although it could be Kmart using unlicensed frequencies.  Also TWL 
5, 6 are simplex channels used by Kmart in AKL, Napier and CHCH areas.

If they can be reconfirmed, that'd be great.  Also I think it's going to 
be a good idea to remove the Kmart 2 and 4 frequencies as they're 
repeater inputs (for a repeater that's not anywhere near the WLG area) 
and I feel that having TX frequencies is a very bad idea.. you know, for 
cheap Chinese radio reasons haha.

At some point soon I want to go through and compare all areas against 
RSMs listings for expired/cancelled licenses to tidy up dead/wideband 
frequencies.
