[TheList] Dunedin Police Frequency- new?

Hi

I was in Dunedin recently and I noticed a new police frequency in use.
485.9.
Have they got a new transmitter because that freq had a very powerful
output....I can hear that frequency from home in Timaru when the weather
allows...
