[TheList] Uniden UBCD325P2

while we are talking about 75 mhz and sensitivity, i run a ubcd396xt p1 
digital handheld and has a sensitivity at 0.2 running on a sizeable discone.

I had brought two other scanners and they was desktop ones a BC769D and 
a BCT15 their sensitivity was 0.3 on 75 mhz and really didn't work too 
well on my discone.

I had a scanner whip here so i made a ground plane etc for it and it 
seems to work better for the desktop scanners, it was more matched on 
what they required as the whip had alittle gain but the discone didn't.

so i know for sure that i'll be checking the specs on scanners and 
handheld ones seem to be more better than the desktop ones sensitivity wise.
