[TheList] Fire Dispatch

Hi

I don't know if this is 100% correct but sometimes I know they do running
calls not sure what that means but I know they're Pages don't go off unless
they ask firecomms to drop the info on their Pages that's how I have
interpreted things anyway down here in Dunedin
