[TheList] FENZ Sel-Call?

Hi there folks,
After a period of very busy activity in the Mid-Canterbury area today,
I think I've found the Ashburton, Methven and Hinds appliances on 
75.4500 MHz.
Only time will tell if this is correct.
Like 75.3500 MHz, this is a legacy frequency from when Police were on 
VHF Low.
I can't understand though why these brigades have been moved 100 kHz up 
the band?
