[TheList] MPT1327 - Channel Mapping - Vital Trunking

Easiest way I found  to map the site voice channels, was cross referencing
LCN number with the mobile service band pdf

Example
LCN 51 - unitrunker
Matches TD51 in the mobile service band pdf
Frequency is 414.63750
