[TheList] MPT1327 - Channel Mapping - Vital Trunking

If you're lazy like me I just add the voice channel freqs for MPT into my
scanner as conventional. Most of the time you only hear half of the
conversation but it's cool to be able to scan it.
The sooner Tier3 takes over the better.
