[TheList] MPT1327 and TIER 3 DMR

Connect Plus and Capacity Plus are Tier 2 not 3. Tier 3 or trunking DMR
isn’t vendor locked. ETSI have open standards that manufacturers must meet.
Same as P25 system built by Motorola can have Tait or Simoco radios
operating on it.

At least that’s what I understand from the reading and research I have done
