[TheList] Emergency Services Protocols and Call Signs

Manawatu comms can be very laid back (depending on the operator 
obviously) - im sure it makes everyone's shift go a lot smoother when 
the units make a joke or two and comms goes along with it. Certainly 
entertaining to listen to.
