[TheList] New 8P Pandemic codes

I have heard 8P a few times for visiting people's homes - two jobs that 
I can remember were both a largish groups having a piss up/BBQ and the 
caller obviously thought that due to the number of people there was 
likely visitors. Apparently that wasn't the case and they were just big 
families all living at the same address causing a bit more noise than usual.
