[TheList] New 8P Pandemic codes

I've heard
8PA
8PB
8PM - this was heard several times in relation to visiting shops before closing, so I think it's like a 3M, but due to the Public Health Order

The first two, I only heard once and wasn't really listening, so didn't have any context.. If we go off the 3M idea, then perhaps 8PB is like a Beat walk?
