That was my comment and maybe I should have worded it better. What I was 
getting at is companies using it as a REPLACEMENT for a proper website. 
There's no doubt you can easily connect with your customers using it but 
there is still a large part of the population - viable customers of all 
ages who refuse to use it. I won't be naming a certain example company 
because that will upset the powers that be.
