Hi

Just wondering if there are any VHF low band 66-88mhz FM radios floating 
around?

I am looking for:

66-88mhz
100 channels or more
Front firing speaker
Din mount
fast scan preferably with channel lockout key programmable

Doesn't matter if the transmit works or not as it will only be used for 
receive only

P.S. really need a front firing speaker so cuts all scanners out that I
