Ah interesting, I cant say ive ever seen/heard of an ambo command vehicle.
I heard 5 or so years ago from a Sergent that some areas will not go 
digital at all due to the cost (when they can use cellphones which seems 
to be happening a lot now anyway). Im also sure everyone is well aware 
that digital is very hit and miss and while it has some good features, 
will never compare with analog for hilly areas etc.
