[TheList] NZPOST Paxters

They have an F band simplex channel that's licensed nationwide on 
489.10625 but in all the years ive had it programmed into my scanner, 
ive never heard anything on it in various areas of the north island. (I 
imagine it was/is used in distribution centers etc)
