Sorry, old email...

Fireground Simplex operations have been on UHF in the Auckland area for
many years. Limited fireground VHF mainly for interaction with the rural
fringe - VHF works better in Trees, UHF better in buildings.

LMR (Dispatch) still very much VHF (75.x) if I recall correctly.
