[TheList] Civil Defence frequencies and usage

Hi Chris,

speaking about the Waikato, RE HF, the only two CD/Councils I'm aware of 
using that are HF are Te Kuiti (Waitomo) and the Hamilton.  The Hamilton 
building is about to move, and they were considering dropping the HF 
(like most other councils seem to have done)  but given the little 
amount of work required (they already own the aerial) they're going to 
keep it.

The CD crews around the Waikato use VHF heavily, and have no plans on 
going full digital, as all of their repeaters are analog only.  I 
suspect this will be the case nationwide, unless a repeater fails, and 
isn't viable to fix.
