[TheList] Unusual Police Frequency

Could be someone illegally retransmitting it?

Was a guy down here did the same with the ambulance channel few years back
until RSM paid him a visit.

Does anyone know what purpose this frequency serves EN89 151.850. It
transmits the Manawatu Area Police channel, can be received around the
Wellington area on most of the high spots at good signal strength. A search
of the Spectrum Database shows 3 users " TeamTalk Rukuhia/Network Tasman/
and KiwiRail in a couple of locations. Just curious!
