Hi Bob just check the satellite reciever and see the photos 
Composite and 2x Scart out acn turn in 2 xcomposite  out one for the TV one for the recorder if you want.
The Sky LNB is maybe special  an need to be replaced with a standerd one abot$20.00 can supply you with the one that recieve this picture .
Have you ever set up a box before  .It is some tricky
