Fire Service Wgton. area seem to be experiencing problems with the 'Tones'
side of things on the new Digital ESB network today. I note that a 'Kordia'
Techo is presently working on the problem. Evidently the 'old analog'
75/76mHz system is working OK. Does anyone know what the 'demarcation' point
is? i.e. what do the Police IT techs.  have responsibility for, and what
does the Govt. SOE (Kordia) have?
