[TheList] Rural Fire

Does anyone have any info regarding the future of Rural Fire? For the last
several years Rural Fire has been the responsibility of the various
Territorial Local Authorities i.e. local City Councils and Regional Councils
throughout the country. Is it now going to become part of the NZFS?
