Hey Shaun,
If the police digital roll-out is as good as the media states and the fact that only 2 provinces don't have digital police comms (as in ESB band), who are these brigades sharing the frequencies with?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not having a go at you personally, I'm just curious.

They have a channel by themselves for city but out lying brigades are still on shared channel.
