Same on the Ham repeaters, they are very quiet these days.

Thanks, that sorta makes sense, if you were one of the parties you need to
use your call sign more often. :-)

Following on from that...   Are many people using PRS as a 'hobby' radio 
platform?

I've been carrying the scanner in the car for a couple of months and have
only once or twice heard anything like the CB rag chewing of old on AM CB or
PRS.
