[TheList] HF CB & PRS, new channels.

Hi folks,

The GURL also lists max power as 9.2 dBW for PRS. That comes out as 8W 
by my calculations. I take it there has been a power increase then as 
well, or has it always been this power level, with radio's only made to 5W?
