  Greg Harris at Hi Tec is an excellent guy and will see you right. As 
for better quality coax, you need to play off the advantage/pricing. at 
VHF or HF there may not be sufficient signal advantage to justify the 
price difference (unless they are extremely long runs).

If you deal with Greg, say hi for me, I haven't seen him for a couple of 
years.
