Network Control is located at Takapuna in Auckland.

The one network centre covers all of New Zealand.

Train Control in Wellington handles the movement of trains.

Network Control does the planning of train time tables, issue's temp or perm
instructions affecting the running of trains, handles the how in the case of
a accident, etc.

Thats is the short version in a nut shell.
