[TheList] Uniden 72/92xlt Service Menu keypad code

It opens a frequency finding menu

The strongest signals are displayed

You can scroll through the bands with the arrow keys

even displays ranges that are unattainable in normal mode

No audio just numbers

But very cool for finding signals below the squelch
