[TheList] Request to Uniden to release more scanners in Aussie and NZ

Hi

I got a 996T digital scanner . What can I listen to in the Dunedin area and
how do u like set it up and who uses digital . I am the device to use it but
I have no idea what it means or how to set it to work.

Any advice would be awesome .
