Hi all

Bluebridge Ferry have a new ferry called Straitsman and I just heard a MAYDAY from it with all crew abandoning ship.

After a few minutes, and after Wellington Maritime Radio had notified RCC, it became clear that it was an exercise and the person transmitting the MAYDAY was not supposed to have held down the PTT.

Oops!
