[TheList] QVR43T Plate

The people at personalised plates have guidelines that they cannot breach. 
One of them is nothing offensive.

I doubt anybody would have a problem with this plate. If you drive like an 
idiot then they'll pull you over to see what your history is and ticket you 
for your bad driving.

I have seen OI PIGS on a plate here in CHCH.
