It all depends on the area, some areas down south do use DMR on commercial<span id="ms-outlook-android-cursor"></span> networks.<br>

Auckland use the ESB band so there won't be any DMR as the only digital mode allowed on the ESB band is P25.<br>

Civil Defence doesn't use DMR, at least if they do, it only happened <br>

very recently.<br>

This sort of stuff is meant to be "in the clear" for obvious reasons.<br>

Other services like Fire & Emergency, Police, Ambulance don't have DMR, <br>

who are the lead agencies in incidents like this.<br>

Everyone needs to be on the same page.<br>
