Honestly your best bet is to start with windows and SDR#. Have you
had a look around <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.rtl-sdr.com/">http://www.rtl-sdr.com/</a> ? They have a TON of info
that is suitable for beginners and I believe they are the creators
of that particular SDR.<br>

Once you figure out the basics of SDR# then you can branch out and
try various decoding software.<br>

I just got myself the latest RTL dash SDR V3 USB stick I'm
wondering if someone can assist me and getting it running what
software is the best to use for scanning and finding new
frequencies and also how do I go about tracking aircraft I've
tried reading up a bit about it on the Internet but as I have
a moderate brain injury I'm struggling to understand some of
the way it's worded so was wondering if some kind person would
take me under their wing and help me out a bit I totally
understand if nobody wants to everyone has extremely busy with
their lives these days I live in Akaroa and Canterbury and
need a hobby and would like to get into SDR so any assistance
from any members would be greatly greatly appreciated.</div>
