I didnt really see any active policing of it searching bags etc, just was suprising to see it on the tickets. Possibly is stated in case something goes astray and people panicking? Though i will admit the radio chatter/banter was great value.

Just curious, has the Railway channels / Kiwirail network gone digital .<br>

The Frequency 152.05000 seems to have digital data noise on, but I can kinda hear audio in the background.<br>
I live in Sandringham, and have a Discone up - could it be that I am just getting hammered by Sky Tower interference ??<br>
