maybe have a team of moderators like 1 or 2 from each region and all
new folk get moderated until they prove themselves worthy using a

radiowiki to get rid of the spam. This time i am going to take
everyones advise and make joining require manual activation.
If anyone has any ideas how we are best to do this please let
me know :) I was thinking potentially another mailing list
where new members join, introduce themselves get set up on the
wiki, then leave unless they want all the dross traffic from
new people joining but totally open to ideas :) </div>
