spam posts that get caught due to the sender not being subscribed etc.<br>
The wiki admin can reverse changes that people make either maliciously<br>
or genuinely, take a bit of ownership of maintaining the categories<br>
and possibly driving interest etc.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p>If no one wants to take on the admin rights they will continue to run<br>
but things could/will get messy.<o:p></o:p></p>
