<div style="RIGHT: auto">I realise it's illegal (and virtually impossible/impracticable) to decrypt an encrypted Police transmission, but is it possible to identify where an encrypted (in this case Police) transmission took place? Does such a thing as triangulation work, or would the use of repeaters mean it would be able to pinpoint where the radio was used? Would it be possible to write a programme that would identify when a number of different radios were used in a relatively small location?</div>
