This is NZART looking to flex it's weakened muscles against CBer's.<br>
No real discussion but Mr Wallace thinks CBers aren't good enough to have an extended licence.<br>Was this EVER bought up for discussion?<br>One more reason why NZART is dieing.<br><br>The old CB/Ham thing died in the 1970's, nearly 40 years ago, maybe it's time for some new blood that is under 70 years old.<br>
