Hi Ray,

Arc= approved radio certifier
Are= approved radio engineer

These people are approved by radio Spectrum Management to add or modify
radio licences. They are responsible for interference calculations on a
site they recommend a frequency of use and often the level of filtering
required for a channel

Hope this helps?

Regards
Mike
