[TheList] Railways on RadioWiki

Hi everyone.

I have updated the entire RadioWiki page for all regions regarding Railways
and kiwirail.

There was alot of outdated data and ALOT of missing data.

If you're interested in scanning rail or think you may need a reprogram of
your device please see the sepeare regions or see 'Railways' under the main
page.

The updated data give the line info, frequencies, channel number, main
location of towns or cities, area coverage of the channel, repeater
location and the CTCSS tones.
