All you need is CH1 to CH16 and you'll get everything in NZ on the rail
network.
Ch1 is simplex train to train, so is 5, 15 and 16.

Shunt simplex channels are UHF.

Depends on where you are as to how busy it is.
Coverage is generally pretty good as they split them is fairly small
sections.
