What are you going to use 10 radio scanners for?
Frequencies?
As others have said, the SDR dongle, is probably the way to go, although 
you may need a few USB hubs to hook them up to a computer.
You're going to need some sort of an amplified multi-coupler from an 
external antenna so that you maintain a certain amount of antenna gain.
This will have an external antenna won't it? otherwise you're shooting 
yourself in the foot.
