[TheList] New Callsigns

romeo are paramedics that attend non priority jobs that have gone through the 111 system, it seems for people that can't get to a hospital/doctor.  I'm not 100% sure on that though.   It also seems the Callsign is unique to each person.

TGO will be Tango which hasn't changed, a paramedic or ICP rated staff member that attends as a backup, usually in a Santa Fe/Commodore
